Hipstory Refunds and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hipstory. We appreciate your business and aim to provide you with products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our Refunds and Returns Policy to guide you through the process in case you encounter any issues.
No Returns for Incorrect Choices
Since we use a print-on-demand service, all our products are uniquely created once you place an order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach a clear photo showing the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
Multiple Issues with the Same Design
If you encounter problems affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
In Case of Non-Delivery:
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days (for domestic US orders), please contact us within one week at email@example.com to be eligible for a reprint or refund.
Tolerance in Print Placement
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
Once an order is submitted to production, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to the product, shipping method, delivery, and return addresses.
We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel an order once it's placed. Eligibility for a full or partial refund upon cancellation will depend on the stage of order fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the specified delivery address for each order is valid and accurate. Costs associated with reshipment or cancellation due to an incorrect address shall be borne by the customer.
Tracking and Delivery
If tracking states that an order has been delivered but you haven't received it, we reserve the right to refuse a free reprint or refund. Such cases will be individually investigated.
We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates as it is dependent on shipping carriers. We assume no liability for delays and do not offer reprints or refunds caused by shipping delays.
Artwork and Design Limitations
Refunds or reprints will not be provided for issues related to artwork files, placement, product limitations, or not following design guidelines. Such requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
